how do i change the playback speed on a video in my photo gallery?

how do i change the playback speed on a video in my photo gallery? there used to be a timer icon you clicked to change the speed but now its not there and i cant work out how to change the playback speed anymore?

I can’t find anything on the internet on how to do it? I’ve tried different videos and none have the option to change the playback speed like they used to.

ive tried on iPhone and iPad and they are both the same issue

Hello!

Go to: Settings > Camera > Record Video > and select “1080p HD at 60 fps”. That is the only video setting you can edit the speed with.

After you’ve taken a video with that setting, open the video in the Photos app, tap the little button at the bottom of the page with three slider thingys, then it will open in video editing mode by default. You’ll see the “change speed button” in the top right corner, to the left of the “more” button.
