In Logic, I can not seem to find a way to show MIDI and Waveform at the same time. I need this so I can align the MIDI notes to the waveform.
Seems like something people would want to do often.

You would have to bounce the Midi to Audio in order to do something like this. I suppose you could use a Visual Tool but lining up using Flex will work much better with another audio file. Here I am aligning 2 Audio Files. Notice how I am lining up by dragging up to the Transients Above on the other track.
Thanks but my whole point is to keep the midi flexible so I can test different instruments, but I need them all in sync first, I can't believe logic doesn't have a way to do this. Having the piano role a completely different scale than the tracks window is ridiculous, should be able to do this in the tracks window or sync the piano role with the tracks view. I'm really thinking I have to move back to ProTools.
