Pages banner with 'This Exhibition' overlay when printing in Safari

I Mac m-3 using Safari. Trying to print banner with large text using 'Pages'. When I view image prior to printing an image stating "This Exhibition" with broad multi colored vertical bars cover 99% of my image. What's up?

Without seeing a screenshot it's hard to be sure, but it sounds like you have a watermark set for this document.

When you choose File -> Print, scroll down to the Watermark section and see if the text is there. If so, clear it out (or turn off the watermark).

I'm not sure this is the problem since Pages' watermarks are usually just text, which wouldn't explain the colored bars, but that's why a screenshot might help?
