Unable to open Passwords app on my iPad Pro

I have an Ipad Pro 11 inch 4th Gen, I have been locked out of the Passwords App on my Ipad only. I have reset my face ID and my passcode to open my Ipad; however that did not rectify the problem using the Passcode App. I am still able to access my passwords on my iphone, just not on the Ipad. Any suggestions. Thank you, F rustrated Grandpa
