Is there a time stamp on Voice Memos?

Is there a way in Voice Memos, or in other areas of the computer, to find the time stamp for when the Voice Memo started (pressing on the red dot). If so, please be detailed with the steps to take to find it, and explain as if I am in kindergarten! I'm on a 2020 MacBook Air. Thanks all.

(This will be critical evidence in a court case, so I really hope Apple retains that information).

Thank you for the reply, but I don't have a two finger click on my Apple mouse. So I don't know where Services are to get to Show in Finder. Is there another way. I was on with Apple tech support and they said nowhere does it show the time the recording started, but I see a lot of people saying they found it, but when I try to follow what they did, those choices are not available.
