How can I mute a single MIDI note in Logic Pro?

Not sure if this is the place to request a feature, but muting a MIDI note and Region seems like such an obvious thing that should be in Logic, the only thing I see is to mute an entire track. Audio regions can be muted, why not Midi regions and notes???

It does work here and has always worked in the past. Check your key commands.

No sir,

The right click function is reserved for the contextual menu which gives you a menu with loads of options. Audio Regions also have this right click behavior.

Also, "M" mutes the track which, in turn, mutes the regions. You can hold the ctrl key and hit "m" in order to mute a Midi Event or Region (Audio, Midi, etc.)

Logic Pro is as complex as you want it to be. There is the surface level of Logic Pro that most people use, but the "Power User" delves deep. Hope that helps and hope you find a good workflow that works for you.

Well in the context of this thread, when helping other folks who may be using the "out of the box" key commands, it could be helpful and make it easier on them. That or just clarify so things are clear. End user may or may not know how to modify their own key commands or that it is even possible. We have to assume they are using Logic Pro default settings.

Cheers!
