Some Music Playlists do not appear with iTunes Match

I utilize an Apple MacBook Pro running Monterey with a large Music library. Have had iTunes Match for several years, but recently some of my playlists do not appear on my other devices, such as iPhone 14 Pro and. iPad. Have done everything. Restarted. Un sync. Duplicated and renamed Playlists...nothing works. Songs appear on devices, just not in the playlist I have them in on my MacBook Pro. Also have 2 iPod Classics, and have no problem syncing them. Any advice? Thank you

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 18

Use the Songs view of the playlist and review the Cloud Status column. Playlists that contain ineligible cloud content such as duplicates, errors, etc. become ineligible for sharing through iCloud Music Library. If you remove all problem tracks you should be able to right-click on the Playlist name and select Add to (cloud) Library to add have it show on all eligible devices.
