Hi, I took some photos with my iphone 12 in April, I deleted those photos a week later, Is there a way I can recover the deleted photos?

If you delete a photo, it is stored in a Recently Deleted folder for 30 days, During that time, you can recover and restore the photo.
So, the photos were first deleted on about April 19.
The photos that you deleted on April 19 were permanently deleted from your iPhone 30 days later on about May 19.
There is no recovery at that point.....unless.....you made backups of the photos on another device or service.
