How can I eliminate duplicate photos in multiple gigabit files by using jpg. I don’t trust finding duplicates by size and content. 2013 MacBook?

Where are these image files located? In your Photos library or in folders on the hard drive?
What system version are you running?
What do you mean by "multiple gigabit files"?
What do you mean by "using jpeg"?
