Lost photos and videos on iPhone 15 after changing my Apple Account

On July 4, I shot some videos of more than ten minutes and more than thirty minutes, but then on July 6, I changed to a new Apple ID and found that the videos were gone, so I changed back to the old Apple ID and found that only some videos and photos of more than ten seconds were backed up, and the others were gone. I would like to ask if there is any way to solve this problem? 😭😭😭

It sounds like the phone didn't have a chance to synchronize those long videos before you switched accounts. That could be because you didn't have enough free storage on the phone or at iCloud, or the phone wasn't plugged in with good wifi and left undisturbed long enough. In any case, unfortunately it looks like they are gone for good.
