Notes not syncing between iPhone SE (iOS 18.5) and MacBook Pro 2021 with macOS Sequoia 15.5

Dear all,

Notes is the app I use the most both on my iPhone SE and my MacBook Pro.

They've always synced instantly, no issues at all, until... Last week.

Now I cannot figure out what went wrong, they don't sync anymore.

Can you please help?
