Apple Music shuffle repeats same songs

I quit the Apple Music and turn shuffle on and off over and over. I have 10000 songs in my library and it plays the same 100 over and over no matter how many times I quit the app, turn shuffle on and off. You need to write a new shuffle algorithm.
