I took four screenshots this morning with my iPhone 16 pro, latest IOS. When I go to edit the photos, each of the images has a locked button on the picture. I’m able to tap that lock and remove it. However, when I want to crop, I cannot move the crop handles. Can you help?

This is different from a simple Power Off. I had to continue holding the button down past the "slide to power off" message, and then I released the button only after the Apple Logo appeared indicating a re-start.
Weird. Do you have a 3rd party app on your phone to lock pictures? I see a few apps show up with a search in the App
Store.
I haven't seen this with Apple apps. I do not claim to have seen everything, however.
No 3rd party apps. This just showed up this morning. The lock and then not being able to move the handles. I can, however, move them on my iPad
I did the force restart and no change.
I was going to ask for a screenshot of the lock button, but, darn!
