Unable to use iCloud email to log in to my apps on iPhone

I have been signing up for emails on apps or trying to log into my apps, however, my email has not showed any new emails since May 2025. How can I fix this?

If your iPhone hasn’t been receiving new emails since May 2025, the issue is likely due to synchronization problems or incorrect settings within your Mail app. To start troubleshooting, manually refresh your inbox by opening the Mail app and swiping downward from the top of the screen. Check if new messages appear afterward. Additionally, ensure your device has a stable internet connection by verifying your Wi-Fi or cellular data settings in the Settings app.

Next, confirm your email account settings are correctly configured. Go to Settings, select Mail, then tap Accounts. Choose your email account and make sure the "Mail" option is enabled. While in this area, also verify your fetch and push settings. Navigate to "Fetch New Data" under Accounts, ensure that "Push" is enabled if supported, and set fetch intervals to "Automatic" or at least every 15 to 30 minutes to maintain regular inbox updates.

If emails still fail to appear, try force-closing the Mail app by swiping up from the bottom of your screen, then reopening it. Restarting your iPhone afterward can further resolve temporary issues or glitches. It's also important to check that your device has sufficient storage available, as a full storage capacity can disrupt email syncing. You can do this under Settings by selecting General and then iPhone Storage.

If the problem persists, consider removing your email account entirely and then re-adding it. Navigate again to Settings, select Mail, then Accounts, choose your email account, and tap "Delete Account." Afterward, tap "Add Account" and re-enter your login credentials. Often, this process resolves persistent email syncing problems.

Additionally, ensuring your iPhone's software is updated can prevent compatibility issues. Check for available updates under Settings, selecting General, then Software Update. Lastly, confirm your email account itself is functioning correctly by accessing it through a web browser. If new messages aren’t appearing even via your email provider’s website, the issue could be on their end, requiring support from your email service provider.

Try these steps sequentially, and your email syncing should be restored.
