I didn’t authorize the purchase of $5.99 or $14.99 on my Apple wallet account so I would like a refund "

If you haven't already: You might want to :

First check what you were charged for : eg: maybe a family member made a purchase.

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

If you are charged for a subscription you do not want, you may need to cancel the subscription.

(ie: Otherwise charges may continue on for the following subscription periods.)

Check if the Apple purchase settings you have in place are requiring your authorization:
