Photos Disappearing From iCloud After iPhone Deletion:

This is occurring because Photos is toggles on in your iCloud settings. So, toggle off Photos in iCloud settings. Nothing would delete form iCloud; they'd only be deleted from your iPhone.

On the iPhone:

1. Open: Settings app.
2. Tap: your name (top Item)
3. Choose iCloud
4. Toggle Off: Photos (so that it is green)

iCloud Photos is a photo sync service.

Add photos or delete photos anywhere, and the same operation will happen everywhere.

If the deleted photos are still in the recently deleted album, they can be recovered.

If the photos are no longer in the recently deleted album, you will have to find copies elsewhere
