bilayeral cochlear implant processors no longer both pairing

I have had no issues with this for several years. I have bilateral cochlear implants (Nucleus 7) that have always both paired successfully and remained paired even when phone is in sleep mode, etc. all of the sudden I only have one processor paired and have to go back to “accessibility” “hearing devices” then “mfi hearing devices” (where I used to see both R and L processors listed and all audio would stream to both simultaneously. Now I do t see any processor listed. My audio streams from only one processor and I have to go back through the above click through after taking unconnected processor off, taking battery out and pitting ot back on, then that one processor finally shows up to pair. Every time I set phone down and come back, I have to do this all again. Going mad over here!!!! I think it’s the software update because EVERYTHING else has not worked. I tried resetting too. Worked for an hour then went back to this after I left my phone for a bit. Grrrrrr
