Cancel Nebula App Subscription

I cancelled the Nebula subscription in April and I can no longer login with the email used to subscribe. The app is also no longer showing in my Apps. HOWEVER the app continues to take my money. Does anyone have a resolution to help me get my money back and prevent future withdrawals?

I suspect you do not have a subscription managed by Apple at all and it makes no difference if you even had or used the Nebula app on your device. The most likely scenario is that you were directed to the Nebula website through a Social Media post where that person was paid to refer you. Sometimes they use website advertisements, but there are many on Social Media that are willing to do the work for them for money.

Once you get the site, you are offered a "Free" reading which is actually a free trial and the website will bill you directly if you do not cancel the free trial that was offered. Even though you may have been directed to download the app, it makes no difference if you do or not and it is not the app that is the source of the subscription, or even Apple. You can confirm that Apple is not managing the subscription here:

The solution is to contact Nebula and if you are unable to get it resolved through them, then you need to dispute the charge with the card being billed. You will need them to block further transactions and they will issue you a new card.
