I scanned a doc which shows in notes on iphone & icloud but I cant sent to my email ad. It sez too big (~130mb). how do I get the thing off my iphone to a regular email address?

You probably won't be able to, most email providers limit file size to 5 to 15 megs. I don't know any email providers that will let you send a 130 Mb file.
Try using something like Microsoft OneDrive or DropBox to share the file.
it managed to come thru on yahoo. nogo with gmail. its actually only ~30mb. still not sure how I did it tho.
