iOS 18.5 iphoto search feature not working

As most of you know, the search feature in iPhotos would allow you to type in something like “cat” and show all your pictures of cats, or a specific location and show you photos from that location, or even a word or code you were looking for.

Mine hasn’t been working since the last update. It’ll only show me a small number of photos (when there are many more), or no photos at all.

How do I fix this? Is this a bug Apple is working on solving?
