Macbook Pro M1 Columns IN MAIL are not showing?

My Macbook Pro M1 running the latest Sequoia OS, has since last update, have the following issue:

Columns IN MAIL are not showing?

I only have on the ''Sent" emails...Only the following column are shown: To, Subject and Date Sent

On the ''Inbox'' emails ...Only the folowing 2 column are shown: From and Subject?

Can someone please help?...as it is quite frustrating?
