How can I sync my Apple Music library on iPhone?

I used Apple Music for several years and created a lot of playlists. Then I took a two-month break and didn’t have a subscription. Now I’ve paid for the subscription again. On my iPhone 16, all the playlists are empty, but on my MacBook Pro 2020, they are full and accessible. Both run latest operating sistem and have music sync already turned on.

How to recover or better said how to sync?
