Concerns over unauthorized Apple Pay transactions and insufficient funds

apple Pay-out… we’re all guilty of 1 thing, trusting Apple to vet sponsorship! Never imagined being scammed on googles dime! How long are they going to ignore this! As long as they are being paid? 1st charge $29.00 insefient funds than $45.00 I conveniently when balanced was enough to collect they did! Long story bottom line I my daughter was depositing a large sum of $ for car repairs now I’m worried Apple Pay is going to let them take almost $200.00 for a service I never received or requested!

Apple is not a bank and does not approve or decline purchases. The bank that issued the payment method (credit or debit card) examines merchant’s for potential fraudulent uses and approves or declines transactions based on the potential fraud and you available balance or credit. In fact, the bank does not disclose the merchant to Apple.

If you suspect or a victim of fraud, report it to your local law enforcement and to the fraud department at the bank using the phone number printed on the back of the card.
