hey hey I have a problem with the computer I have, I have osx 10.8.5. The problem is that I can't install protools 10 hd with the license key (ilok) computer says it's the wrong operating system??? how do I know which version I should have it doesn't appear

I don't know what that is, but I do know OS X 10.8.5 is very, very old. Well over a decade old.
If "Pro tools 10 HD with iLok" is a fairly new product it is almost certain to need a new version of macOS. To learn how to update your Mac Pro's operating system please read How to update the software on your Mac - Apple Support. Even six year old Mac Pro desktops can run the latest macOS version.
