Safari Profiles and Tab Groups gone

I woke up this morning and went to search for something on my iPhone 13 (iOS 18.5) and saw that all my tab groups were gone. Checked my MacBook Pro (2020, M1, MacOS 15.5), and the tab groups were also gone. Not only that I saw the 'switch profiles' button was also gone. On both my iPhone Safari settings and the MacBook settings my profiles are both gone.

My iPad which was not connected to the Internet still shows the profiles in Settings and the Tab Groups in the safari app. Is there any way to recover these on My Mac and iPhone? I'm scared to connect my iPad to the Internet and have it sync to not have any profiles or tab groups anymore.

Note: I'm not sure if related, but when I open my iPhone settings, some icons take a while to load.
