iOS 12 7.6 not sensing my location correctly in Maps

My MacBook Pro 2015 running iOS 12 7.6 is not sensing my location correctly in Maps. I have verified that Location Services in enabled in Security & Privacy but when I click on the location arrow it shows me somewhere other than where I am. "My Location" in Apple Maps is unusable.
