Persistent sync issues with Notes app on iPhone and Mac for months

The notes app continues to have sync issues. I've made many posts about this. but issue has persisted for MONTHS. For instance, I was home today and I put a new note into the Notes application on my mac studio desktop. (its running ethernet not wifi, 1000mb). macOS sequoia 15.5. then maybe 30 or more minutes later i grab my iphone 15 pro (iOS 18.5) and go to the kitchen and open the notes app on my phone and those new notes i added on the desktop level are not reflected on the notes app in iphone. So I force quit out of the app on the iphone, come back in. and those new notes still arent there, so I add 2 more new notes (lets call them notes 3 and 4). So I go back to the desktop computer. Open the notes app on the desktop and notes 3 and 4 from the iphone arent there on the notes app on my desktop. I have to quit and come back in once or twice to make them show up. The sync is a real problem on the notes app and has been for MONTHS. apple please fix this.
