Mail not loading ALL my photos, so I can't attach one in an email.

Using MacAir M2 Sequoia 15.5. Trying to email a photo but Mail app is only showing 201 of my over 2500 images? Have tried turning off all on 'Mail Privacy Protection' and restarting but didn't work.

MacBook Air, macOS 15.5
