Not receiving Signal app notifications on my Apple Watch Series 8

Stopped receiving signal notifications on my Watch series 8 when I upgraded my iPhone to 16+. I’ve rechecked general notifications settings on the phone and watch as well as settings within the Signal app. What else can I try? Thanks!
