Unable to end Family Sharing as organiser even after restarting my iPhone

I’m trying to turn off my family sharing account as the organizer. Anyone that was in it has been removed but when I click Stop Using Family Share, nothing happens. I have signed out and back and and restarted my phone a few times. How do I Stop Family Sharing successfully?
