So i can't add my card to wallet there is only option previous card-none and i can't do anything

If “card” means a credit or debit card, be certain you meet all the requirements for Apple Pay including country of residence shown near the top here.

Since you’re missing the additional items such as add Debit or Credit Card, you’re not set up to use Apple Pay. You’re not even set up to add an Apple Account or ID Cards. There’s a major piece of missing information you haven’t shared about your scenario. Perhaps you’re a minor. Perhaps your iPhone is restricted. Perhaps you’re not signed in to your Apple Account. Perhaps you’re in an unsupported region.
Hi,so i went to the link set up apple pay and i went to the steps and there is a step tap previous cards to add a card that you used previously.-so i try to tap and nothing pops up so i don't know what to do .
