How do I locate my lost Apple Watch?

Find My says last location is at home 5 days ago. How accurate is that timing? We moved in 7 days ago and the watch was in the middle of a big bag of clothes, which split when the removal guys took it off the truck. I was too busy to notice at the time but just going through them and it’s gone. Trying not to jump to conclusions but worried one of them may have picked it up, which won’t be the case if the 5 days is accurate. Appreciate any help!

well it only works if it has power, so given that they only promise a 18hours batt time Apple Watch - Battery - Apple

for the non ultra ones.

so if it has run out of power, and someone moves it it will not update it's location until charged

and of cause have an active internet connection wifi in case of the gps only mobile.

Thanks. I appreciate it would have run out of power and I think that’s why the Find My app is showing last location “5 days ago”.

I was hoping someone could confirm if that timing is always accurate though.

If it is then the Watch will be in my new house. If it might not be accurate, then it could be possible that it was taken when we moved house 7 days ago.
