Unexpected 'explosions' and 'wobbles' in text message lettering on iPhone

I’m writing a text. Options appear which invite me to pick a movement of letters such as a wobble .

any ideas how to get this when you want to?

Original Title: Occasionally when sending a message my phone offers ‘explosions’ ‘wobbles’ in the lettering. How do they just appear? And how do you get them?

Hello!


It’s called “Text Effects”. It’s a feature that was introduced in iOS 18. Certain text effects will be automatically applied to certain words as you type, and will appear in the prompt section of the keyboard.


Of course, you can add text effects to anything you type. To learn how, see the link below:
