How do I fix Apple Watch SE stuck in boot loop after exercising?

I was working outside in the summer heat, screen was in "swim" mode of whatever it is. I have a screen protector on my watch to protect it and sweat will get trapped between the screen and the protector, hence the locked screen. Got home, cleaned the watch and the screen and the screen protector and then put it on the charger. Put it back on, fully charged, before bed and the next morning the battery was dead. It is now stuck in basically a infinite boot loop. I can turn if off after holding the side button down and turn in back on the same way. It will also immediately just go to the apple logo then black screen the logo, and it will also turn back on when placed on the charger but still the looping logo. Nothing has worked. I have let the battery die, put it in the freezer, tried the hold down buttons until restart but it will not exit the loop.

This looks like a hardware issue, probably battery related.

How old is your watch?

Depending on the age and use, the battery health might be beneath 80%, and the battery needs to be replaced by Apple.

However, if moisture got into the watch, this might also cause a battery issue.

You will have to get the watch serviced to find out more:
