iPhone Hotspot Can't Connect to Mac

Hi, I use an iPhone 7 Plus version 15.8.4 and Macbook Pro Early 2015 Monterey.

Why can't I connect to my iphone hotspot using the wifi icon, pop up, bluetooth or even usb cable? I tried many times. Usually it connected but only then it disconnected again and never can i connect again. Please help.
