When I load an audio instrument in Mainstage, it dosen't show GUI.

Might be worth trying the get a plugin to open outside of MainStage. You could, for example, try a trial of Plogue Bidule and see if plugins will open with that. Also try uninstalling MainStage and reinstalling.
I’m having the exact same issue. Some of the plugins are also standalone apps, and those doooo work….. wondering if you are getting any audio, even with the GUI not opening…? I ammm getting audio on my end…. Audio, and a death wheel lol
You could tell us more. Is it just the Triton that doesn't show or all? When did this start happening?
It’s not just the Triton, it’s all plugins (both stock and 3rd party) even its stock dynamic process doesn’t show the gui interface. I noticed it when I recently updated MainStage
I presume you've tried rebooting the Mac but if not, best to do so.
If you start out with a clean concert from a template, does this still happen?
Yes I’ve tried all what you’ve mentioned. Still the same issue.
All my third party plugins open in standalone.
Not sure that proves the point about plugins being hosted. As a work around until you get to the bottom of the issue, you could drive the standalones as external instruments from MainStage.
