I have an iPhone 11 Pro with iOS 18.5. It is not playing any media in any app (Photos, You Tube, Safai, Music, TikTok) unless EarPods or AirPods are connected. Playing does not even start.
Phone calls work.
I have restarted and reset the settings.

I have done this. After agreeing it says to contact apple support on the website. The only option is “exit”. The iPhone then restarts.
