I clicled on the option to set up the recovery account setup but after that It's just loading.

hey you were right. I had to force quit settings(I didn't know there was such an option) and later it shows there's an available update. Thanks a lot
Yeah it's signed in. And I meet all the requirements.
I did enable two factor authentication before clicking on that recovery setup thing and I am on a macbook(latest version).
Even today after twelve hours its still stuck in the same window
