iCloud popping-up on PC when apps update

iCloud keeps opening a window that shows "apps using iCloud" and lists the specific apps. This specifically happens when apps using iCloud have finished updating, and this happens multiple times per day. I do not want this window to pop up at all.

I have more than enough storage space available.

How do I stop this window from popping up?
