Can I set Negative Track Delay and Nudge Tracks in milliseconds rather than ticks?

I see that the Region Delay converts ticks to milliseconds, but for composers it's important to be able to set exact Delays in milliseconds and nudge tracks left in milliseconds when the 1st note needs less delay than the rest of the region.

Is this a Feedback request or can LP do it now?

Hi

You can adjust the position/delays in a variety of ways, including (there's probably some more):

Region Inspector: +/- delay in ticks (calculated to ms)

Track Inspector:

+/- delays for the whole track in Ticks or ms (switchable)

You can adjust position of Regions or events in the Event list (viewable as bars/beats/divisions/ticks or Time: hrs:mins:secs:frames etc

Also The Event Float window:

As I understand it, you can only move regions ahead or behind the beat in Logic Pro (in the Region Inspector). I know that some samplers will allow you to play with start time as well. Moving things manually is not ideal for sure. Curious to hear if others have more to add.

Here is that Feedback link:

Hope that helps mate!

I knew about the Region, but it doesn't allow precise measurement in milliseconds like you showed for tracks. I missed that Track Delay, so thank you for pointing that out. Most of the time I'll need negative delay from -20ms to -150ms. I will need that by Region, not just track. I saw this demonstrated in another DAW, so I will put in a Feedback Request for this feature. Thanks for the screenshots. Visual aids are always helpful and appreciated.
