Ken Burns crop effect MISSING from iMovie 3.0.5

Trying to edit clips in iMovie (v3.0.5) on iOS (iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS v18.5) and there is only pinch to zoom. There is no way to apply the Ken Burns effect that I can find.

I have tried tapping literally everywhere on the screen, in every corner, every other editing option…. it’s just GONE.

If this was removed from the iOS versions of iMovie, it is incredibly disappointing because I use this effect a *lot* when splicing larger video content together from source clips with different aspect ratios.

Yes, I also tried deleting iMovie and re-installing it. Zero change.

Really frustrated and there doesn’t seem to be anything on the internet that mentions it, and no user guides for iMovie v3.0.5 specifically.
