Make printer use a settings preset every time.

Wondering how to make it so when I go to print something it uses the same preset every time.

I'm helping an elderly man who currently has two printers, his default desk printer, and a larger Ricoh copier which has a preset to print to tray 9.

He needs his desk printer to stay the default but whenever he switches from the desk printer to the Ricoh in the print screen it sets the preset to default and it doesn't print to tray 9.

I can't seem to find any solution online on how to make this tray 9 preset stick to the Ricoh no matter what.
