How to fix wrong episode status on Apple Podcasts on my PC?

On my PC I'm using web-based Apple Podcasts, but sometimes I can see epizodes which I have already played (usually all epizodes of one podcast show), and same time in iPhone app, they are marked as played properly.

What's wrong?
