Camera in third-party apps not working on my iPhone 15 after iOS 18.5 update

About a month ago (after updating my iPhone 15 to iOS 18.5), I noticed that the camera in third-party apps wasn't working. However, it continued to work in the native camera app. All camera permissions in third-party apps were enabled (even disabled and then enabled again). But nothing helps. I have to reboot my phone every time to get the camera to work properly. This makes it difficult for me to quickly use the camera to pay with a QR code in a store, shoot videos on TikTok, etc. Is this a bug in iOS 18.5 or what?
