Unable to downgrade iCloud storage fee on iPhone
Can someone help me to downgrade my I cloud storage fee? I been trying it for hours but the system did not allowed me to continue. It just keeps circling.

If you're trying to downgrade your iCloud storage plan but the system just keeps loading or spinning without letting you continue, you're not alone. This issue can happen due to a poor internet connection, a temporary glitch in the system, or a problem with how iCloud is syncing.
To start, try checking your internet connection. Make sure you're on a strong Wi-Fi or cellular network. If your connection is weak or unstable, try switching networks or restarting your router. This often solves the problem.
Next, close the Settings app completely and reopen it. To do this, swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-press the Home button on older iPhones), then swipe the Settings app off the screen. After that, go back into Settings and try downgrading your iCloud storage again.
Restarting your iPhone can also help clear out any temporary glitches. Just turn your phone off, wait about 30 seconds, then turn it back on. Once it’s restarted, try again to downgrade your storage plan.
If that still doesn't work, try using another device or a computer. On a computer, go to appleid.apple.com or icloud.comand sign in with your Apple ID. You may be able to manage your storage from there. If you have another iPhone or iPad signed in with the same Apple ID, you can also try changing the plan from that device.
One important thing to keep in mind: if you're using more than 5GB of iCloud storage, Apple won’t let you downgrade to the free plan until you've reduced your usage. Go to Settings > Your Name > iCloud > Manage Storage to see what's using space. You might need to delete or move photos, videos, backups, or files from iCloud Drive before you're allowed to downgrade.
If none of this works, your best option is to contact Apple Support. There could be a problem with your Apple ID or billing information that only they can fix. You can reach them by going to support.apple.com or by using the Apple Support app on your iPhone.
