Unable to fix FaceTime audio issues with specific contacts

Hi,

Looking for a little help on a weird issue I’m having with FaceTime. I’ve only noticed this when calling one specific person which makes it even more weird.

Fairly often (every 2/3 sentences) I will receive absolutely no audio on call. Both of our video feeds will be perfectly fine and clear, and my audio will be transmitted perfectly to her. I however just see a mouth moving with no sound - obviously ending in endless repeating to try and have a conversation which becomes very frustrating very quickly.

Has anyone experienced anything similar and if so are there any fixes?

Both of our Wifis are decently fast (~50 Mbps) and like I said neither of us have this problem when calling anyone else. I use an iPhone 11, she uses the 14.

Thanks!
