apple passwords and window 11

I have just migrated to Windows 11 on DELL Dell Pro Micro QCM1250 and am facing a problem. I have installed apple passwords (using icloud) on my new PC. With Windows 10 it used to autofill userid, password and also the verification code (for 2FA) just by clicking on the field on screen (Chrome Version 137.0.7151.122 ). Now I have to click on the passwords "apple passwords extension icon" on header to auto fill userid and password. Additionally, I have to fetch the verification code separately from apple passwords app. This is inconvenient. What changed from Windows 10 and Windows 11 that made this stop working. Is there a solve to restore the functionality ?
