iPad imovie version 3.0.5 no options to export as mp4

I can’t seem to export anything I have created as a smaller video file than a 400mb .mov file. Every article I have googled says I should be able to pick the options at export. I don’t get any other options than choosing 4k, 1080, 720 etc. no file format etc. I need mp4 as it is for part of a presentation.
