You aren't going to get much help here. Call Adobe. Yes, I know they've passed the point where they will handle CS6 issues, but it can't hurt anything to try. Otherwise, go to Adobe's forums:

Be aware that many of the users on their forums aren't very helpful. Rather than trying to help, expect to see a lot of responses like, "CS6 is obsolete. You should upgrade." Or other very similar answers from even high ranking members who've been there for a long time.
