On my Mac Studio Mail is repeatedly saying it is receiving new emails but they don't show up, either in All Messages or Junk folder.

I don't have anything labeled "All Messages". Under my Gmail account, I have "All Mail" which is what I was thinking you meant. I have "All Inboxes" and then each email account has its own Inbox. Try looking in the individual Inboxes.

Of course! Under "All Messages".
I should have said "All Inboxes" instead of 'All Messages'. The 'All Inboxes' in Mail shows me all of the messages that come in to any of my 3 email accounts. But I have also looked at each one.
Who is your email provider? Do you see the new email if you log in through the web interface? Can you send emails?
